The study will be conducted using 10 large hospital-based administrative-service level databases.
The study will use complete electronic hospital records with its multiple data sources from eligible patients including: reports (hospitalization reports, post-surgery reports, pathology reports), imaging results, drug treatment, biology and vital signs monitoring, medical and paramedical notes, administrative data, through in-situ connectors for data collection.

The use of data is compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data used in the present study will be pseudonymized. Only healthcare professionals and authorized people will have access to these pseudonymized data.
Regarding the matching tables, only professionals and the hospital authorized study teams will have access in order to associate the personal health data with their surname(s) and first name(s). Neither Pfizer nor Sancare “Realli Solution” teams will have access to the correspondence table at any time that will be kept securely and separately by the hospital study team.
