  This is a retrospective observational study focusing on medical data from patients hospitalized for COVID-19, influenza, RSV or for secondary pneumococcal infection. These data will be collected from electronic medical records and local reimbursement data from 10 French hospitals.; The study period will span from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2024.; To meet the study's objectives, patients will be included over 2 periods. These two periods were chosen in order to compare 2 epidemic seasons:; • Period 1: From May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023; • Period 2: From May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024
