EMA's Service Desk provides technical support for issues related to information technology (IT) systems that are hosted and/or maintained by EMA.

You can log in using your existing EMA username and password. Please note, these are different login credentials than the EU Login account used to login to the RWD Catalogues website.

If you do not have an account or do not know your username and password:

To raise a question or an issue please follow these steps:

  1. In the section Main Categories, select the icon 'Report an issue'
  2. On the next page, select again 'Report an issue'
  3. In the Service field, enter: Real World Metadata Catalogues
  4. In the Service Offering field, enter: RWMC
  5. Description: please describe, as detailed as possible, the issue or question. Feel free to add screenshots or other relevant attachments to further explain your issue/question.

Once all the fields are filled in, click submit. We will aim to answer your question or resolve your issue as soon as possible.
