Ask for assistance with the HMA-EMA Catalogues
EMA's Service Desk provides technical support for issues related to information technology (IT) systems that are hosted by EMA.

You can log in using your existing EMA username and password. Please note, these are different login credentials than the EU Login account used to login to the Catalogues website.
If you do not have an account or do not know your username and password:
To raise a question or an issue, please follow these steps:
- Report an issue
- In the Service field, enter: Real World Metadata Catalogues
- In the Service Offering field, enter: RWMC
- Description: please describe, as detailed as possible, the issue or question. Feel free to add screenshots or other relevant attachments to further explain your issue/question.
Once all the fields are filled in, click submit. We will aim to answer your question or resolve your issue as soon as possible.
