  No large-scale epidemiological tool is currently available in France to evaluate the epidemiology of the management of multiple myeloma (MM). In a constantly changing context that is seeing the recent or future marketing of several new molecules indicated in the treatment of myeloma, the pooling of resources to structure and implement such a tool has thus proved necessary. The creation of a database which reflects the real-life management of patients and the evolution of practices as scientific and therapeutic advances are achieved will provide answers to these research questions and describe these changes, thus supplementing the data obtained during clinical trials. ; In order to meet the objectives relating to the management of patients with MM, this project will ultimately be based on the retrospective collection of clinical and medical data obtained from patient medical records in participant centres and from healthcare consumption data obtained from the current National Health Data System (SNDS), which will be linked.
