Description of the population covered by the data source in the catchment area whose data are not collected (e.g., people who are registered only for private care)

The registry currently collects data from 16 Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Clinics in Poland. Patients treated in the few remaining specialised clinics that are not yet fully participating in the registry may therefore not be captured. In addition, a small number of patients may receive part of their treatment abroad or may not be included due to lack of consent for data collection. Private-only pediatric oncology care is extremely rare in Poland, as childhood cancer treatment is almost exclusively provided in specialised hospital centres within the public healthcare system.
