Description of data collection

The data from hospital data sources (diagnoses, procedures, treatments, lab results, emergency room activity, structured Rx notes and surgery notes, etc.) is extracted and transformed to OMOP CDM using ETL. Possiblity of structuring and transforming to OMOP additional non-structured data from clinical notes using IA techniques (NLP).
