Data analysis plan

All variables were summarized descriptively through the tabular and graphical display of mean values, medians, ranges, and standard deviations (SD) of continuous variables of interest and frequency distributions for categorical variables. No tests of statistical significance were planned or performed as part of this study because it was descriptive in design. Considering the descriptive nature of this study, missing data will not be imputed. Summary statistics and percentages or proportions of patients at different stages and on different lines of therapy will be presented.
