Study design details

Main study objective

To describe changes in health care utilization and consumption, in-hospital morbidity and mortality, out-of-hospital mortality, length of stay and cost of hospital stays, in the general population, during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Outcomes

Describe the impact on the use and consumption of care, in-hospital morbidity and mortality, out-of-hospital mortality, length of stay and cost of stays Compare the impact on the use and consumption of care according to confinement phases Determine the frequency of poor prognosis associated with the epidemic Identify determinants associated with mortality Analyze the cost associated

Data analysis plan

The statistical methods will depend on the specific questions for each sub-population studied. A detailed statistical analysis plan will be drafted before conducting the analyses.
