Main study objective

MAIN OBJECTIVETo assess the clinical, analytical, and therapeutic prognostic factors on Covid-19 mortality in patients on renal replacement therapy.

Outcomes

clinical, analytical, and therapeutic prognostic factors on Covid-19 mortality in patients on renal replacement therapy, 1)Analyze the characteristics and analytical clinics of patients on a chronic hemodialysis program/kidney transplant and acute kidney failure2) Analyze the analytical, clinical factors associated awith the prognosis of hemodialysis patients(kidney transplant and acute kidney failure3) Analyze the influence of different therapeutic schemes on the prognosis

Data analysis plan

MAIN VARIABLE: mortalitySECONDARY VARIABLES:Demographic variables: age, sex, race, body mass index, etiology of chronic kidney disease, comorbidities, type of renal replacement therapy.Clinical variables: symptoms and radiology of COVID-19 infectionAnalytical variables: hemoglobin, platelets, lymphocytes, dimer-D, kidney function, liver function, inflammatory parameters: C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, ferritin, interleukin-6Therapeutic scheme used for covid-19 infection: lopinavir / ritonavir, azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine, corticosteroids, tocilizumab, interferon beta, or remdesevir.
