Description of the population covered by the data source in the catchment area whose data are not collected (e.g., people who are registered only for private care): We collect data from Dutch citizens registered at GPs participating in Nivel Primary Care Database. We do not collect data from patients of other GPs, and from patients not registrered at a GP. Almost all Dutch citizens are registered at a GP, exceptions are patients living in nursing homes for example.
