European Forum for Primary Care (EPFC)

The European Forum for Primary Care (EFPC) is a network of Primary Care practitioners and researchers. EFPC aims to improve the health of the population by promoting strong primary care. This is done by advocating for primary care,by generating data and evidence on primary care and by exchanging information between its members. EFPC members include academics,policy makers and practitioners,the latter group including all different primary care professionals such as general practitioners,community pharmacists and primary care nurses,and researchers in the field. Particular emphasis is given to RWD and RWE,incl. to inform pharmacovigilance (incl. vaccines) and innovation uptake,and to inform best practice for research in terms of designing and conducting observational and pragmatic trials too.
