Evidence for COVID-19 Observational Research Europe (E-CORE)

E-CORE is designed to build a network for the conduct of multicentre cohort studies on the use of medicines in COVID-19 patients. The E-CORE network aims to establish a sustainable framework to support the rapid provision of real-world evidence on the utilisation,effectiveness and safety of therapies for COVID-19 patients within Europe. This project will leverage the resources from the OHDSI and EHDEN networks,by using already mapped databases and existing analytical tools and processes to accelerate the generation of robust real-world evidence for COVID-19.
