International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG)

The International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG) is a not-for-profit organisation registered as a charity in Scotland,and operating internationally. It provides a forum for its constituent national groups and the global community of interest so that it may represent international primary care perspectives in respiratory medicine (including tobacco dependence,asthma,allergic rhinitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and respiratory infection) and raise standards of care in individual countries and globally,through collaborative research,innovation and dissemination of best practice and education. It is the primary care representative on WHO-Global Alliance against Chronic Respiratory Diseases (GARD) Planning Executive,the Respiratory Special Interest Group of WONCA Europe and an Organisation in Collaborative Relations with WONCA Global,a member of the European COPD Coalition,a supporter of the NCD Alliance and a member of the m-health Alliance.
