The General Practitioners Research Institute (GPRI) aims to improve the lives of patients. Our mission is to ensure primary care guidelines are also based on patients from primary care. We develop and facilitate research on the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of diseases in primary care. GPRI undertakes different types of scientific research: observational studies,interventional studies (clinical trials),development and validation of questionnaires and database-studies,analysing existing datasets. GPRI primarily focuses on chronic medical conditions,such as asthma,COPD,cardiovascular diseases,urinary tract disease,diabetes and chronic pain.
