Consorci Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí

Consorci Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí is a public entity with the mission to respond to the reference population with a social, sanitary and quality, comprehensive and decisive promoting fairness and satisfaction in a framework of sustainability. The CSPT's vision is to be an entity recognized by the professionals for their model for their welfare and respond to their organisational and social commitments. The CSPT is composed and, at the same time, manages the following centres: Hospital de Sabadell, Albada Centre Sociosanitari, Salut Mental Parc Taulí, Atenció Primària Parc Taulí, Atenció a la Dependència Parc Taulí, UDIAT Centre Diagnòstic and Sabadell Gent Gran Centre. The Corporation is the sole partner of these last two entities and to all members of its appointed boards of Directors. In addition, the Corporation has a teaching Unit of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and is considered a University Hospital. The CSPT is linked to the Fundació Intitut d’Investiació I Innovació Parc Taulí (I3PT), which appoints Board members mostly. The institutions of the Parc Taulí receive the support of the I3PT in areas of research, teaching, and innovation in scientific and medical training of professionals and, generally, in the development of knowledge that sustain the healthcare model. The CSPT is considered the university hospital of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in accordance with the Resolution of the Department of Innovation, Universities and Business of December 17, 2010 and the Agreement signed between the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Hospital Universitari Parc Tauli, through which the Teaching Unit of the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Barcelona is created, published by the Resolution of 1 February 2011 (DOGC no. 5887, of 26.5.2011)
