Department for Pharmacovigilance and Rational PharmacOtherapy (Phv Department) is part of Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.Phv Department in collaboration with Clinical Unit for Pharmacogenomics and Therapy Individualization et KBC-Zagreb established Croatian network for adverse drug reactions,which enable identification and recruitment of patients with ADRs and matching controls. Phv Department evaluate all cases of reported ADRs for possible pharmacogenetic testing.
