The Saving Kids with Cancer Foundation (Fundacja Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową) is a national non-profit organization supporting pediatric oncology and hematology in Poland. SKCF serves as the technical and organizational administrator of the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Registry "Hope for children", providing full technical infrastructure, system development, maintenance, and user support.

Beyond registry operations, SKCF finances and supports scientific research, innovation projects, long-term follow-up initiatives, and national capacity building in pediatric oncology. The Foundation collaborates closely with the Polish Society of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology (PTOHD), which acts as the data holder of the registry.
